Vector

Living quietly in the fun and friendly suburb of Santa Monica is Victor, a young adult that many people consider out of sync
with society. He grew up a normal child, going to school and playing with toys, but he was a little bit different from the
other children. He was very smart and loved inventing things, even sometimes dangerous things. And this is no accident.
His father, who is the head of a bank, actually runs The Bank of Evil, a bank that gives out loans to undercover supervillains.
As Victor grew up, he began to take on the role of becoming and villainous mastermind, even though he was not very good at it.

He was considered a disappointment to his family for being such a terrible villain, and he wanted to change.
He vowed to himself that he would be the greatest villain to ever live! At this point his name was no longer Victor.
It was now Vector, an element that has both direction and magnitude. After this drastic change,
Vector's attitude spilled over into his villain work. He pulled off a couple of successful heists and regained his father's trust.
Vector was now able to use the bank's money, and he created an evil layer with new inventions like his piranha gun, flight suit,
and high speed jet. He is now considered a top tier villain to his father and is waiting for his next opportunity to strike.
